Billing, trial and cancelling
The two plans, the free trial, refunds, and how to cancel on the website.

Billing lives on the website, on your Account page. The app has no billing screen.

Free trial
- 7 days of the full Copier + Guard plan.
- No card needed to start.
- A trial without a card never charges you. At the end, you pick a plan, or you stop.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. At checkout, Link (a Stripe company) takes the payment as merchant of record, so your card statement shows "LINK.COM*" and your receipts come from Link. We never see your full card number. Invoices, your card and cancelling are in Manage billing on the Account page, on Stripe's page. You can also manage the plan in your Link account at link.com.
Refunds
Payments are final, so use the free trial to try everything first.
- EU, EEA and UK consumers: you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get it back in full. Use Withdraw from contract on your account page, or email support@twincopier.com.
- Renewals and plan changes are not refunded.
- Elsewhere: no refund, except where your own country's law requires one. Email support@twincopier.com.
- Link, which takes the payment, may also refund under its own policy.

Cancel
- Sign in on the website and open your Account page.
- Press Manage billing.
- Cancel your plan on Stripe's page.
- You keep access until the end of the paid period. No more charges.
Cancelling never closes your open positions. When your plan ends, running groups keep copying. Only new group starts are blocked.
Receipts and VAT
Receipts are emailed by Link after each payment. They are also in Manage billing. VAT or sales tax is added where the law requires it, based on your country.
