Consumers in Sweden can take a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We take part in ARN's process. Consumers in other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centres Network (in Sweden: Konsument Europa, www.konsumenteuropa.se).
