Connect Rithmic

Connect a Rithmic login with your username and password. Works for prop firms on Rithmic.

Which accounts this covers

Many prop firms and brokers run their accounts on Rithmic. If your firm gives you a Rithmic username and a "system" name (for example for R Trader), this is your connection. Check your firm on /prop-firms.

Steps

  1. In the app, open Connections and press Add a login. Choose Rithmic.
  2. Name: a name for this login, for example the name of your prop firm.
  3. System: the Rithmic system your firm or broker gives you. Pick it from the list or type it.
  4. Gateway: pick the location closest to where your computer is.
  5. Username and Password: your Rithmic login, as your firm sent it to you.
  6. Press Connect. All accounts under that login appear in Connections.
  7. Repeat for each login.

What we keep

  • Your username and password are kept in the system keychain on your computer.
  • Our server never sees them.

If you change your Rithmic password, the connection stops. Enter the new password in Connections.

One copier per login

Turn off any other copier on this login first. Two copiers on one account send double orders.

Remove a connection

In Connections, open the login's menu and choose Remove. The app logs out and forgets the login. Your positions and orders stay as they are.
