Make a group
Pick one leader and the followers that copy it, then start the group.
Updated
A group is one leader account and the follower accounts that copy it. You can make as many groups as you like.
Steps
- Open Groups and press New group.
- Name: give it a name of up to 40 characters, for example "NQ funded".
- Leader: pick the account you trade on by hand.
- Followers: tick the accounts that copy the leader. As many as you like. Set each one. See Follower settings.
- Safety: check the safety switches.
- Press Save group, or Save and start to start copying at once.
Rules the app checks
- The leader cannot also follow itself.
- An account can be in the list only once.
- An account follows in one group only.
- No copy loops or chains: a leader cannot follow in another group, and a follower cannot lead another group.
- Every account must be connected.
The app does not save a group that breaks these rules. It tells you which part to fix.
Start and stop
- Start begins copying new leader orders.
- Stop stops copying. It does not close open positions. Close them yourself, or use Flatten all on the group.
- The group menu also has Cancel orders, Edit and Delete. Stop a group before you delete it.
- Groups that were running start again after you restart the app.
- If your plan ends, running groups keep copying. Only new group starts are blocked.
See every copy
The Live page shows each account in the Accounts table: position, open P&L, today, balance, drawdown left and trades. A copy that did not go through shows in the alerts bell in the top bar. See A copy failed or did not happen.
